Original Cheesecake




Dah 2 hari tak update resepi...heheh...busy skit...hari ni saya post resepi dari kawan saya yang berada jauh nun di jerman...dia yg bg resepi ni kat saya...kalau saya bab2 buat kek ni,mmg fail la...tak pandai..resepi cheesecake,perghhhhh mesti ramai yg suka kan..apa kata kita sama2 try buat cheesecake...resepi dah ada..apa lagi,chaloh gi carik bahan2 pastu masuk dapoq..try la test kemahiran masing2...:-)


Resepi ni mmg original dari kawan saya..so,kalau yg mana tak di jual kat negara kita tu..pepandai la tukar pada brg yg hampir sama..

The base:

180g flour
80g sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
80g butter
1 egg
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt

How to do:
Beat the butter well
add sugar add egg
n add mixture of flour, baking powder,vanilla sugar n salt

when it getting hard, use hand to mix them n place it on baking form.
use fork to poke on base (as shown on pic)

How to place it:
2/3 of base to be on the ground of baking form.u may use hand or spoon to flattened it.
1/3 of base to be roll about size of thumb finger then place it all round of side baking form.Use ur index figer to press it high.(as shown on pic)

The Cheese filling:
500g Quark or Doppelrahm frishkäse
300g fresh yogurt
120g sugar
1 spoonful corn flour or starke mehl or 2 spoonful pudding powder
1 teaspoon lemon skin
1 spoonful lemon juice
5 eggs

How to do:
1st bowl Beat the white egg till hard.
2nd bowl mix all ingredients in mixer with yellow eggs.

unterziehen- the mixture to be fold in.

Oven: 150deg 60-75mins
or 160-165deg 45mins
3rd Oven level from top
